Exam Eligibility Verification and Program Performance Report

The ASCP Board of Certification provides up-to-date information about your students as they make their way through the certification process.

For PPR questions and Program changes, contact Examination Activities.

For EEV questions, contact the Manager of Certification Processing.

The online Exam Eligibility Verification (EEV) provides up-to-date information about the eligibility of your students for the examination as they submit their applications. If you have any students waiting for verification of eligibility, you will receive an email reminder on Monday morning notifying you that you should review the EEV and verify dates of examination eligibility. You can also access archives of prior students' status, which are listed in alphabetical order by last name with each calendar year. Those students not determined eligible are not included in archived reports.

To access Exam Eligibility Verification, program directors must use their individual ASCP customer login user name and password, rather than the PPR school code and password for the institution reports. Please remember to respond promptly (within the week) to email notifications regarding your students. This report can be accessed online from anywhere in the world anytime. It is not necessary for you to receive email notification to access this report.
